About two months ago I made the first purchase of a product that you offered in one of their
online catalogs. After the first purchase, the product managed to arrive much earlier than
expected, however, it arrived with many failures. I arrive with defects, both physical and
software. So, in that first situation, it was his duty to send me a product in optimal condition.
After requesting the return, you informed me that you could exchange my order for a product
with similar characteristics. After two weeks of waiting, the product never arrived. So, I had to
find a way to contact him personally at his physical store. After the attempt, I was able to
contact one of their commercial representatives to obtain an explanation of what happened.
The person from your company could not give me any solution and the only thing that
generated me was wasting my time. I was shocked and disappointed that he couldn't help
me. So, I had to resort to higher instances. This email is only to inform you of the legal action I
have to take. I expect full and prompt repayment of all expenses incurred, if you don't want
me to continue with the legal measure.
