PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS
Rotary offers fellowships for professionals
who want to earn a certificate in peace and
development studies at one of two premier
ROTARY PEACE CENTERS
universities and are already working in a related OFFERING THE CERTIFICATE
field. During the one-year program, students with PROGRAM ARE LOCATED AT:
diverse backgrounds and professional experience
gain practical skills to promote peace within
their communities and across the globe. Fellows
complete field studies, and they also design and
carry out a social change initiative.
THE FELLOWSHIPS PAY FOR:
• Tuition and fees Chulalongkorn University,
• Room and board Bangkok, Thailand
• Round-trip transportation
• Field study expenses Makerere University,
THE CERTIFICATE PROGRAM INCLUDES:
Kampala, Uganda
• A preliminary online course
• A 10-week on-site course
• Field studies
• A social change initiative
• A one-week on-site capstone seminar
