• Moderating variables:

Cognitive Dissonance
• Incompatibility between two or more
attitudes or between behavior and attitude
• People try to reduce it.

• Job Satisfaction:
– Collection of positive feelings that an individual
holds toward his or her job

– Attachment with an organization and its goals
