Das Passenger Receipt gilt gemäß § 34 UStDV als Fahrausweis und damit als ordnungsgemäße Rechnung i.S.d. § 14 UStG. Es kann zusammen mit dem
Kreditkarten- oder Lastschriftbeleg sowohl für die Reisekostenabrechnung als auch den Vorsteuerabzug verwendet werden. Gemäß § 31 (2) UStDV genügt es
den Anforderungen an einen Fahrausweis, wenn sich auf Grund der in dem Fahrausweis aufgenommenen Bezeichnung der Name und die Anschrift des leistenden
Unternehmers eindeutig feststellen lassen. Durch den Carrier-Code "LH", der international für die DLH AG festgelegt ist, ist diese Anforderung an das Passenger
Receipt als Rechnung erfüllt. Die Angabe des vollständigen Namens und der vollständigen Adresse des Leistungsempfängers ist bei Fahrausweisen i.S.d. § 34
UStDV entbehrlich. Die Angabe eines Namens bezeichnet den zur Flugreise berechtigten Passagier, nicht den Leistungsempfänger. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die
Mehrwertsteuer nur bei rein innerdeutschen Flugreisen Anwendung findet und daher bei grenzüberschreitenden Flugreisen nicht anfällt.
