Objectives :
The study determined the quality of work life of the employees in the XYZ during the
calendar year of 2020. It sought to answer the following specific objectives
1. Determine the profile of the employees in terms of age, gender, and highest educational
attainment.
2. Determine the level of employees’ job satisfaction in terms of compensation, working
condition, opportunity for continued growth, and social integration with work
organization.
3. Determine employees’ performance in terms of planning, organizing, and carrying out
activities.
4. Explore the significant difference in employee’s job satisfaction when grouped by profile.
5. Explore the significant relationship between the employees’ job satisfaction and their
performance.
6. Identify the independent variables that predicts singly or in combination of the
employees’ performance.
