Subject: SPECIAL REPORT-RAPE & MURDER OF A MINOR GIRL IN

TEHSIL ISHKOMAN, GHIZER.

With reference to the above cited subject it is stated that, on 8th June
2021 report of suicide of a 13 years old girl named Nosheen d/o Muhammad Shukoor was
reported from Kochdeh village of Ishkoman Tehsil. According to the report, Nosheen had
hanged herself in the bathroom of her house. However, after postmortem of the dead body at
Civil Hospital Chatorkhand it was revealed that, the girl was raped before her death resulting
in referring the case as alleged rape and murder rather than suicide. Resultantly police started
investigating the case where they initially arrested 12 suspects. After investigation and upon
acquiring semen samples of the suspects, getting them tested at DHQ Hospital Gahkooch,
police concluded about the prime suspect as he was not willing to give his semen sample.
Later the cell phone record of the prime suspect was acquired which showed last location of
the suspect on the crime location. Later the police also acquired semen sample of the prime
suspect namely Nazir Ahmad r/o Kochdeh. The prime suspect 23 years old Nazir is said to be
relative of the victim and a tractor driver by profession. Semen samples of the suspects have
been sent to Lahore for DNA match. The prime suspect is currently in police custody. The
undersigned visited the family’s home on 22-06-2021 and delivered financial add (Rs 10,000/)
and some relief goods as the household is destitute migrants from Kohistan.
