Instructions to the Candidates for Filling Online Application

1. Please Read the Admission Notification

2. Login to your gmail account and access the online application URL given in the
website http://www.svvedicuniversity.ac.in/Notification.php page.
3. Please Fill the Mandatory Fields (*) in the online Application.
4. Please scan the required signatures in application form are in image format
(Jpeg/PNG) only.
5. Image size should not exceed to 100kb.
6. Please download the Study Certificate from university Website (fill the complete
details) then scan and upload in the online application in Image format (JPEG)
should not exceed 1 mb.
7. Please upload the candidate photograph in (JPEG format) should not exceed to
100 kb.
8. After successful filling of online application submit your response at the end of
the application.
