As per the G.O.No.RD 1 TNR 2O2O, dated16.O7.2021, the


Government of Karnataka h permitted for the reoPening of
academic institutions pertai ing to Health and Medical sectors
with immediate effect.
1. Only Students, Teachi staff and non teaching staff who
have taken at least on dose of COVID- 19 Vaccine will be
permitted to end the aforementioned
colleges / in stitution s.
2. The Colleges/ Institutio s shall ensure strict adherence to
COVID appropriate viour (CAB) and SOP's/guidelines
issued by the concerned department.
Any institutions/ Persons iolating these norms shall be liable
to be prosecuted as Per P isions of section 51 to 60 of the
Disaster Management A , besides legal action under section
188 of the IPC and other provisions applicable as Per
RGUHS norms.
Further, Institutions are ereby directed to conduct/focus on
offline practical/ clinical Po for all the students concerned.
The heads of all affiliated i stitutions are informed to submit a
compliance report to the undersigned after reopening the
institution.

In continuation of the orderc even number dated 03'07'2A21 and 08-


A7 -2021 and in exercise of Powers under Section 24 of the Disaster
Management Act, 2005, the Chai Sgte Executive Committee, hertbY
permits re-opening of academic i ions pertaining to Health and Medical
sector (Medical/Dental Collegcs, rse$ aod institutions related to Ayrsh,
Nursing Colleges, &d other Allied Care academic institutions/colleges,
etc) with immediate effect and fifiher orders srictly adhering to the
conditions stipulated as below:

l. Only students, teaching non-teaching/other staff who have taken


at least one dose of CO' 19 vaccine will be permitted to attend the
aforementioned

Any person violating these meas wilt be liable to be proceeded against
