1. Price basis: F.O.R.–Destination (Refer SPC)

2. P&F Charges: Inclusive in Price Bid

3. Freight Charges: Inclusive in Price Bid

4. Payment Terms: 100% within 30 days after receipt & acceptance of material at site stores.

5. Bank Charges: Vendor’s Account (to be borne by vendor)

6. Insurance Charges: Inclusive in Price Bid.

7. Any other charges: Inclusive in Price Bid.

8. Recovery for delay in delivery: In case of delay in execution of Order beyond stipulated date of delivery/ delivery
schedule, NTPC reserve the right to recover from vendor a sum equivalent to ½ % of the value of the delayed
material/equipment for each week of delay and part thereof subject to maximum of 5% of the total value of the Purchase
Order.

9. Guarantee/Warranty Period: Applicable as per Special Purchase Conditions (SPC).

10.Interchangeability/Fitment certificate: Applicable as per Special Purchase Conditions (SPC).

11. Test Certificate: Applicable as per Special Purchase Conditions (SPC).

12. Transit Insurance: Insurance will be arranged by Vendor against dispatch on F.O.R. – Destination basis.

13. Bid Validity: As mentioned in per Clause-6 of SPC(Special Purchase Condition) from Schedule Bid opening date
(BOD) or last extended BOD, whichever is later.

14. Part Order: Acceptable.

15. Price Variation: The price quoted shall remain firm till complete execution of Order.

16. This is certified that the price quoted herein is same as applicable to Government Deptt./Public Sector Undertakings.
Further, we confirm that the quoted rates are reasonable and are similar to the rates at which quoted items are being
supplied to other customers.
