AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, ARIEL TACOY CABALLERO, Filipino, of legal age, single and a resident

of Brgy. Malbago, Bontoc, Southern Leyte. After having been duly sworn to an
oath in accordance with the law, hereby depose and say:
1. That in the afternoon of October 25, 2020, I was at the covered court of
barangay Malbago, Bontoc, Southern Leyte;

2. That while I was there I heared Delia shouting angrily in vernacular

“Ayaw pakigstorya ana tawhana kay wa nay klaro liwat nas ija amahan
nga lapasan! Lakaw na ngadto!”

3. That a confrontation ensued and it became a very heated argument that

there were exchanges of profanity between the two when Ryan confronted
her about her performance as a barangay kagawad in our place;

4. That when Ryan and Alyson were about to leave the place Delia continued
to utter some profanity towards my friend that it came to point when I
asked her to stop uttering profanities but instead she said to me in
vernacular “Way magbuot naho og mosinggit ko diri kay kagawad ko
dinhi ato baryo”!;

5. That Ryan and Alyson went away heading towards Ryan’s House while
Delia continued uttering profanities;

6. That I am executing this affidavit in order to attest to the truthfulness and

veracity of the foregoing facts in order to support the counter affidavit and
for whatever legal purpose this may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set our hands this
