AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, GRACELYN BURDEOS, Filipino, of legal age, single and a resident of

Brgy. Talisay, Bontoc, Southern Leyte. After having been duly sworn to an oath in
accordance with the law, hereby depose and say:
1. That in the afternoon or about 2:00 o’clock of August 11, 2019
I was having an argument with Lolita Blanza while Cristie Burdeos
watched our altercation while carrying her baby;

2. That it came to point when Lolita Blanza strike Christie with a piece of
wood but luckily it did not hit her;

3. That Sosima Mosot came to the scene in order to investigate what had
happened in their confrontation when Lolita became very angry at her and
shouted insulting words against me and Sosima saying” “PALABAN KA
ANA NI SOSIMA NGA WA GALING NA NAKA DEPENSA SA IJA
KAUGALINGON NGA GIBUNALAN NA NI ROSEMARIE AYUBAN
SA BASO OG NAKADISPALKO PA GANI NA UG KWARTA NI
BOBIT NGA KANTIDAD P80,000.00”;

4. Then Sosima responded saying ”BAROGI NA IMO GISULTI NGA

NAKADISPALKO KO HA KAY AHU KA IPATAWAG SA
BARANGAY”;

5. That I was present during their confrontation in our barangay on November

6, 2020 when they hurled insulting words against each other as their
confrontation got heated;

6. That I am executing this affidavit in order to attest to the truthfulness and

veracity of the foregoing facts in order to support the counter affidavit and
for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
