Greetings from the Fraternal Order of Eagles-Philippine Eagles!

It is with great privilege that we are writing to your office for a noble purpose. On March 13,
2021, our organization will be conducting its first bloodletting activity at the SM Puerto Princesa
Activity Center with the theme, “DUGONG ALAY, DUGTONG BUHAY; HANDOG NG MGA
AGILA”. Relative thereto, we would like to respectfully invite your troops to be part of our
activity. Study has it that there has been a consistent scarcity of blood supply in our blood banks,
hence, this activity will be significant especially to those who are needing blood the most.
