In recent years, there has been growing interest in the relationship between equality and personal achievement.

Some people
believe that individuals can achieve more in egalitarian societies. Others believe that high levels of personal achievement are
possible only if individuals are free to succeed or fail according to their individual merits. What is your view of the relationship
between equality and personal success?

There are many arguments about how does living in equal society affects personal success? In my personally, I absolutely agree
that everyone has the same opportunities, regardless of background and nationality. This would be called egalitarian societies,
where people can freely have personal achievement.

In recently, there have been more and more free education programs for children and affordable university courses for people
willing to pursue a university degree. I believe that more people should have access to this, because education is an important
factor with regard to personal success in life. In societies without free-schooling fee for children or expensive studying cost in
higher education, only wealthier children or the rich would have access to the best learning opportunities, and they would
therefore be better prepared for the job market in the future. This term of inequality would ensure the achievement of some but
harm the prospects of others.

I would argue that there is not conflict in relationship between equal rights and achievements. In other words, egalitarian would
not make people be lack their motivation and element of opportunities for failure. On contrary, I believe that they would feel
more motivation to work hard and reach their potential, if they thought that they lived in fair society, those who did not make the
same effort would know they had wasted their opportunity. Inequality, on the other hand, would be more likely to demotivate
people because they would know the odds of success were stacked in favor of those from privileged backgrounds.

In conclusion, I think that the definition of inequality just came in people’s mind but there is the same opportunity in real life for
people who dare to choose their own way to success. And it seems to me that there is a positive with people’s freedom to
success and equality.
