would commit crimes when they are set free. What do you think of this case?
What to be done to solve this problem?

Recent statistics and reports have showed despite being sent to jail, inmates have a
tendency to commit crime again. The research also points out that there are various
causes regarding this matter and both the government as well as community have to
address this matter more seriously and take valuable steps to resolve it.
Had it seen from the social perspective, criminals often is rejected by society since
they are believed to be incapable of being rehabilitated and continue with their
misdeeds. Consequently, these ex - offenders will have difficulties in finding jobs to
support themselves, which results in them re - offending in order to make a living.
The environment in prison is also play a pivotal role in the rehabilitation process of
convicts. Nevertheless, allocating funds to establish qualified educational and training
course has been taken too lightly by the government.
After identifying all the possible causes for the stated problem, the governments and
communities should take considerable measures to cope with it. Authorities could
offer educational or vocational programs to the prisoners so that they can later have a
decent job and become financially independent. Additionally, jail sentences may be
replaced with community service such as providing help to nursing home for those
who commit minor crimes. Thus, people will have more chances to spent time with
and eventually be more open - minded toward the wrongdoers.
To conclude, the sensibility of the inmates would be the main factor to decide whether
they would commit a crime again. However, it is undeniable that the indifference of
both authority and community has attribute to the re - offending of criminals. Hence,
the government should take practical actions to tackle this problem.
