Section 2; Creation of the Cebu City Housing Board- There 1s hereby created the Cebu City Housing Board to set a policy direction, provide guidelines, develop and implement: yhe housing plan above-mentioned, The Housing Board shall be directly under the supervision and control of the City Nayor.
