• Construction engineers oversee large construction

projects.
• They inspect project drawings and designs, manage
project schedules and resources, and perform cost
calculations.
• As civil engineers, their areas of specialization may
be applied in a variety of construction projects,
including commercial buildings, airports, bridges,
tunnels, or wastewater plants.

Responsibilities of Engineer:-
• Prepare plans with detailed drawings that include
project specifications and cost estimates
• Design and execute engineering experiments to
create workable solutions
• Develop engineering calculations, diagrams and
technical reports
• Complete required technical and regulatory
documents
• Ensure projects are completed on-time and within
the specified budget
• Present analysis results and project solutions to
technical leads, senior leaders and clients as necessary
• Site Supervisor
A Site Supervisor supervises the health & safety of
a construction site. The Site Supervisor manages and
assesses any potential safety hazards on site and looks
at eliminating them. They will also conduct a regular
site inspection and provide a safety programme.

Responsibilities of Site Supervisor:-

• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and
eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Supervising and instructing the construction team as
well as subcontractors.
• Educating site workers on construction safety
regulations and accident protocol.
• Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related
accidents and injuries.
• Handling site accidents in accordance with
established accident protocol.
• Maintaining an accurate record of construction
employee attendance.
• Evaluating the performance of construction
employees and instituting disciplinary measures as
needed.
• Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction
projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
• Recommending changes to construction operations or
procedures to increase efficiency.
• Project Engineer

Project engineers do not necessarily do

design work, but instead represent the contractor
or client out in the field, help tradespeople
interpret the job's designs, ensure the job is
constructed according to the project plans, and
assist project controls, including budgeting,
scheduling, and planning.
• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring
the assigned engineering projects. Monitoring
compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC
policies, performance standards and specifications
• Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their
needs and requirements and representing them in the
field

Responsibilities of Project Engineer:-

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the
assigned engineering projects
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices,
QA/QC policies, performance standards and
specifications
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs
and requirements and represent them in the field
• Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
• Perform overall quality control of the work
(budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance)
and report regularly on project status
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with
project manager and other project participants to
provide assistance and technical support
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate
appropriate corrective actions
• Quality control Engineer

Quality Control engineer review quality inspection

personnel qualifications and training requirements.
Monitor the disposition of all issued non-conformance
reports. Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the
project quality management system. Recommend and
implement improvements when required.

•Responsibilities of Quality control

Engineer
•Accountable for the quality and workmanship of every
activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering
construction relating to Civil, Architectural, and Structural
discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes.
•Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete
project including certificates, calibration, test results,
inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site
instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered,
and other important QA/QC documents.
•Develop and determine all standards to perform
inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all
testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for
all processes.
•Review the quality of all materials at the site and ensure
compliance with all project specifications and quality and
collaborate with the department for all material
procurement and maintain a quality of materials.
• Supervise the effective implementation of all test and
inspection schedules and ensure adherence to all
procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform
quality audits on processes.
• Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality
standards and ensure compliance to all quality manuals
and procedures and collaborate with contractors and
suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.
• Manage to lift all types of equipment and handle the
efficient storage of all hazardous materials and perform
quality audits as per the required schedule.
• Analyze all products and non-conformance processes and
evaluate all documents to ensure the maintenance of
optimal quality and prepare monthly reports to evaluate
performance.
• Monitor an efficient system and record for all project
activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work
according to quality requirements.
• Manage all work methods and maintain knowledge on all
