Q1 – How would you empathize with an individual not available in person or on video calls?
Think other modes of communication and Highlight 7 points to capture their need and suggest
solutions that works for their problem.

Q2 – With the EDIPTA process of Design Thinking Create a detailed report for the following
brief:

 Due to the latest pandemic situation the need for boosting immunity and consuming the right
vitamins has become very critical.
 Adults now (more than ever before) are open to consuming supplementing tablets
 Plan a process, product or an app any (one or a combination of the three) which can help people
understand their body needs, importance of these tablets and remind them to take their
vitamins on time.
 Note Brainstorming points for the brand, the product, packaging, pitch and devise a process of
growth for a new pharma company trying to address this market
 Brief given – Motivate more people to take supplementary tablets either by a process or
product
 Answer in a point wise format and each step of EDIPTA to have at least 5 points

Q3 – What innovative features can be added or a different product category can be created from
a regular– “Mobile Case”. You can use any method to come with creative ideas OR use the
Mathematical operators (+, -, /, *) to come up with innovative ideas as explained in the subject
(5 marks)
