COVID-19 Notice & Policies
Upon arrival at Ken&s Tours, ALL guests and employees will be screened prior to admittance. The screening will include a non-
invasive temperature check and a COVID exposure questionnaire. If your temperature scan is higher than 100.4°F then you will be
denied entry to the building and on the tour.
Ken&s Tours will abide by CDC and Navajo Department of Health guidelines. Failure to adhere to guidelines set forth will result in
forfeiting your Tour and removal from the premises. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THIS SITUATION!
Social Distancing: Maintain a 6& (six foot) or 1.83 m (meter) distance from others. Limit physical contact with people not in your
traveling group.
Masks:: Required on tour and worn at all times while on the premises (inside AND outside of the building). Facial mask(s) must
cover nose and mouth. No mask - No Tour!
Hand Hygiene: : ALL guests and employees are required to wash or sanitize their hands before entering into the building. Portable
hand washing and hand sanitizer stations will be placed at entrance(s) of the building.
ALL Tour times will be reduced in capacity, to follow CDC & Navajo Department of Health guidelines. Tour group size will be
reduced to number of guests per vehicle. ALL Tour groups will depart every 3 minutes, from scheduled departure time.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please arrive 30 minutes early from your confirmed tour time to check-in.
All Groups who have NOT checked-in 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure of the tour, forfeit their reservation and those
spaces will be filled with walk-ins. NO REFUNDS will be given in this situation.

Navajo Nation Park Permit Fee

The Navajo Nation Park Permit Fee of $8.00 is required when visiting Lower Antelope Canyon.
The Permit fee is valid for 1 day only. If you have paid this fee at another Lake Powell Navajo Tribal Park, you can request a refund
upon arrival at Ken's Tours. (Please bring your Receipt or Confirmation Letter upon arrival)
You have already paid for the Navajo Nation Park Permit Fee when you have booked this reservation. (Please see above receipt)

NOTICE
BAGS, BACKPACKS, FANNY PACKS, HYDRATION PACKS, GYRO-STABILIZERS, SELFIE-STICKS, AND GOPROS ARE
NOT PERMITTED on any Lower Antelope Canyon tours. You may bring one small, clear/transparent bag for your personal items.
NO ALCOHOL, CONCEALED WEAPONS OR FIREARMS ARE PERMITTED ON ALL NAVAJO TRIBAL PARKS.
No Pets or Animals are allowed into the canyon. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but to respect our guests that are allergic
to dogs, cats, and other animals, you may not bring your pets and animals into the canyon. We abide by strict rules and regulations
to Protect and Preserve the Canyon. Because of the extreme temperatures, leaving them in your car can be fatal.
We do not have an area to leave or leash your pets/animals, but we have pet kennels for rent on a first come, first serve basis.
Service Animals are are allowed in the building only (but not on the tour).

The duration of the tour ranges from 45 minutes - 65 minutes depending on the season and flow of the canyon (all walking).
Tips are Appreciated for Tour Guides.
You may bring: HATS, SUN GLASSES, WATER AND CLEAR TRANSPARENT BAGS.

DIRECTIONS
We are located 2 miles east of Page, Arizona. From the traffic light at Coppermine Road, travel 2 miles east on US 98. Turn left
(north) onto Antelope Point Road (Navajo Route N22B). Go North for 1/4 mile, Ken&s Tours is located on the left (west) side of the
road. You will see two buildings in the area and our sign that reads "Kens Tours".

TIME and TIME ZONE

All times on our site and confirmations are in ARIZONA TIME (Summer time: Same time as Pacific Time; Winter time: Same time
as Mountain Time. - No Daylight Saving Time - Not Utah Time - Not Navajo Nation Time). Because the Utah State Line is less
than 7 miles away, cell phone towers from Utah (and the surrounding Navajo Nation) often will be the wrong time! Do yourself a
favor and do like the locals do: Manually set your cell phone to PHOENIX, AZ time.
