6. ALL CONSTRUCTION WORK, ARCHITECTURAL, MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, ETC. SHALL
CONFORM TO THE LOCAL BUILDING CODE'S LATEST EDITION AS WELL AS ALL OTHER GOVERNING
LINE AND GRADE
CODES AND REGULATIONS, AND IT IS THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT
INSTALLATION METHODS CONFORM TO ALL BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS. THE MATERIALS
SPECIFIED ARE INTENDED TO MEET CODE REQUIREMENTS AND THAT THE CONSTRUCTION
DOCUMENTS ARE CO-RELATED. SHOULD THERE BE DISCREPANCIES, CONFLICTS AND/OR
AMBIGUITIES ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS (i.e. ARCHITECTURAL, ENGINEERING DRAWINGS,
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS, CODE REQUIREMENTS, ETC.) THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CALL THE
ATTENTION OF THE DESIGNERS (ARCHITECT/ENGINEER'S) FOR CLARIFICATION PRIOR TO
PROCEEDING WITH THE SPECIFIED WORK OR ON THE AREAS CONCERNED.
