Many people believe that physical power is essentail for the favourable result in

the sport. Meanwhile, others opine mental strength is the key to achieve success.
This essay will discuss both views of this argument. I belive that both – physical
and mental stability are needed for sucess in sports.

Some individuals consider that having a sense of physical well-being is more


important to a athele. Muscular strength and leading skills such as endurance,
flexibility can improve the ability to fulfill almost sport skills like jumping,
sprinting or swimming... What’s more, physical toughness helps sportmans avoid
injuries during training or match. For instance, in football a player should be able
to perform for 90 minutes or more at a match. During at that time, they have to run,
jump, attack and all other activities. They cannot continue playing without a trong
body.

On the other side, many people think that one must not ignore the value of the
strong and healthy brain for a player. A sport player absoluted to keep stable
attitude and nothing to lose at the competition that shown as a real action from
mental strength. There are many players, who even not having professional body,
are able to win the match because of their intelligent tricks. Therefore, a healthy
brain is necessary for a athele. As seen in Neyma J.R, he is famous for great passes
and spectacular goals due to clever tactics and good skills.

In a nut shell, both physical and metal strength are key contents. A success
sportsman needs a combination of physical and mental wellness to become winner.
