Good day!

The undersigned BSCE-5 students of the College of Engineering of the

University of Eastern Philippines (UEP) are currently on their On-the-Job Training at the
Performance Builders and Developers Corporation, Quezon City as required in their
curriculum

Consequently, we would like to ask permission to excuse ourselves in our

classes until we have completed the minimum required number of hours (240 hrs).

Rest assured that we will be back on or before August 15 and the time allotted
will help us in fulfilling our training’s objectives.
