To whom it may concern:

Good day!

We are writing this letter to inform you that we might not be able to attend the first two weeks
of classes this semester. We are currently on our On-the-job training and we have not yet completed the
minimum required number of hours (240 hours). Hence, we would like to ask if you could excuse us in
your classes until we have completed the required number of hours for on-the-job training. We will
arrive in Northern Samar on or before August 15 and we will attend your classes as soon as possible.
