Please do accept this letter as my formal resignation from my position as

Customer Service, Advisor II with NYLN Empire (Anthem) Concentrix, Inc. I will be
leaving due to several reasons; to search for greener pasture by undergoing training for
Amazon PPC Specialist. This is not a BPO line of business, it is more like a Virtual
Assistance specializing in Amazon PPC (Pay Per Click). Before engaging to another
work, I want to spent time for a while as well with my family since I was not able to go
home for the past almost 3 years. My last day of work will be in 30 days, 4 weeks,
February 21, 2022.

Truly, I found working for you fulfilling yet pleasantly challenging. I’m fortunate
enough to meet different kinds of people and manage to work most important portfolios.
Hence, I appreciate the opportunities and professional courtesy that were extended to
me during my time.

Over the next 30 days, I will work to ensure that all my RI’s and duties are made
to current.
