Dear Sir:

Greetings!

I am Arvin L. Rance, a Grade 12 Commitment, Accountancy Business and Management (ABM)

student at Masbate National Comprehensive High School. I would like to express my desire for
an On-The-Job training program in your institution. Our course curriculum requires us to have
80-hours of work immersion that aims to complement the concept and techniques we have
learned to the development of our full potential through exposure to the actual field work.

I am highly organized, self- given individual, and passionate about developing my

career in the field of Accountancy and financial management. My commitment can be gauged
from the fact that I am an accredited holder of a NC III bookkeeping with account as
specialization from the Masbate National Comprehensive High School.

I learned how to handle and manage people, I learned how to be a good leader without
being afraid, because the only reason why I can do it, is to be the best leader of the class. I always
thought that good communication towards your fellow classmates is one thing you need to
accomplish to be have a good relationship inside and outside the classroom.

Through the details shown, I myself would like to be passionate and do the best I can
to this immersion. Though this is a compliance for a subject, I will never think of it as one and
will do my very best no matter hard it is because I know this is a part of my life to be aware of
what life does mean and to be ready enough in pursuing jobs I want in the future. For more
information about my credentials or just in case if you have any questions please call me on this
contact number 0955-196-025 or message me on my email address
arvinlegaspirance@gmail.com. I am looking forward for your affirmative response to this
opportunity.

Thank you for time and kind consideration.

Sincerely,

ARVIN L. RANCE

WHO AM I?

Who am I? This is a question that I should ask myself every day. It's a question that helps me to
evaluate my life, and what it means to me. In order to complete this personal evaluation, I will
split my life into three categories: spiritual, mental, and my view of life.
I would consider myself a very spiritual person. Both my parents were raised as strong
Christians, and I've been brought up the same way. In my younger years, religion was a
significant part of my life. It has been the foundation to which I've based my morals. However,
my spiritual life has changed dramatically. I feel more independent as a Christian, and can
explore my own beliefs without feeling pressure from others within the church. My independence
has driven me to study different religious views on such topics as creation, evolution, and
interpretations of the Bible. My beliefs still remain the same, but I have become more open
minded to other views. I am able to listen to others, and understand what they are trying to
explain. My independence as a Christian has helped me to improve my education and broaden my
view of other opinions.
I am the type of person who likes to walk the walk, and take action in my life. I look at
life, especially at this age, as a time to experience new things. A time to get away from the same
everyday routine, and enjoy the short time we have on earth. I am the type of person who likes to
set goals. Whether it's to run my own business someday, or just to bring a friend back to church.
Some of my goals may seem unrealistic, but it will always give me something to aim for.
If I will let people describe me, maybe they would say I’m an ordinary, simple, funny, and
serious in life. Some would say that I don’t have the ability. Some would think that I’m a stupid
guy and I can’t go any further in life, and some would say I’m weak and don’t have the ability to
overcome the darkest life I’m going to encounter. Believe me, yes I encountered lots of
difficulties in life but it doesn’t hold me back towards my future self. Even my family, they
sometimes persecute me for that. But then I always thought that I should protect my family even
if I sacrifice my life just for the sake of them.
Who am I? Well, I am the only Arvin L. Rance in this world that always says life isn’t
easy, I faced a lot of trials and challenges in life but never thought that my life is in a risky
situation. Somehow I made a decision that bore me but despite that, I always find a way on how
to fix that matter and never forgets that God can really help me. Speaking of challenges, I always
exert such effort and ways on how to make everything okay but I didn’t know why is it many of
that challenges are always come to pass again and again, maybe I can’t handle everything. Back
then, by the chance, I encounter a person that can only help me in the battle of my journey, and
that is our majesty Jesus Christ, because of him I learned many things; I learned how to deal with
others, and how to appreciate and respect other stories and difficulties in life.
Like what others want, I myself also have more hopes and dreams in life. I dream not just
for myself but for my family and for the people who are always anticipated me on what will be
the outcome of my journey in life if I will obey or disobey them. As individual, I would portray
myself as a dreamer person, and dedicated and ‘fearless which is not afraid but very brave.
Probably, it is because I’m experience a lot of circumstances in life. Actually, I’ve been tested
physically, emotionally, mentally, and even spiritually. And for the reason why, I learned how to
take advantage and responsible enough in facing consequences that assumedly happen. Well, life
is full of challenges but we need to be conqueror just for the future we wanted to be. I know that
God will have a plan and purpose thus, it’s up to us it’s either we obey or disobey, but we don’t
have a choice we need to choose what is the best and better just for the sake of our ambitious to
make it real.
As a matter of fact, action is louder than words. You will never be successful if you only
say’s but if you bear yourself to make an action you will achieve what you want to achieved. And
that’s the reason I wanted myself to be a good in any aspects in life. In my 18 years of existence,
I realized that the only cured of everything you made mistakes is love and care why? Because
love is infatuated that’s why you can’t refused to do something right just for the people you
wanted to be happy and proud of you.

Professionalism in the workplace- How to conduct oneself on the job?

How to conduct oneself on the job? Are you capable enough to handle everything in the
workplace? Are you responsible and confident enough to work professionally?
Workplace success relies on much more than simply fulfilling the requirements of your
job description. “Professionalism,” is a valuable trait, and its basic tenets can be applied to any
job in any field. If you want to truly excel not just in your job, but also as a contributing
On-the Job- Training is very important and valuable for the student to be fully prepared
enough in their chosen career in the future. Grade 12 students now have a right to experience this
kind of training in order for them to have knowledge about their chosen career in life. That’s why
this subject is benefited and delighted for us, to know what the best is and suitable opportunities
that we need to conquer of.
So, what should we do during our on-the Job- Training? How should we deal with the
professionals we are working with? Do we like to continue or to skip? What will happen to us if
we skip our OJT’S?
Well, first and foremost we should always remember that a simple wearing your dress is
the reflection of yourself. You just dress appropriately and wear comfortable clothes during your
OJT. Do not over dress because a simple businessman and woman dress a simple and complete
uniform and that is a good etiquette. Also always remember that being on time is the most
important thing we need to conquer of. And of course we tend ourselves to be respectful,
responsible, and flexible in our job for the sake of ourselves and for the sake of the school we
came for.
Aside from these things, we have to bear in minds that being committed and passionate on
our job are the best work we could ever have. Always remember that ‘time is gold’. Do not waste
our time for the thing that no need to exert so much time. That’s why we need to enjoy every
moment during our training and I make sure it will make us to grow and learned more thing about
the career we looking for.
A good businessman and woman is very accountable and manageable enough that’s why
they’re not afraid to face consequences they’re facing because they believe that the only thing
they can do is to do great love their jobs so that they can go further and I do hope it always be
part of everything we expect to happen will remain as real.

WHAT DO I WANT IN LIFE?

Authentic prosperity. That’s I really want in life. Having ambition in life is very common right? I
admit I also have mine. And because we are really want to have that certain thing, we beat
ourselves to do better.
I have personally asked this to many people but i always get the same reply “I want to be
happy and have a great family and a job I like,” it’s so ubiquitous that it doesn’t even mean
anything. A more interesting question, a question that perhaps you’ve never considered before, is
what pain do you want in your life? What are you willing to struggle for? Because that seems to
be a greater determinant of how our lives turn out. Everybody wants to have an amazing job and
financial independence—but not everyone wants to suffer through 60-hour work weeks, to
navigate arbitrary corporate hierarchies and the blasé confines of an infinite cubicle hell. People
want to be rich without the risk, without the sacrifice, without the delayed gratification necessary
to accumulate wealth.

Everybody wants to have great sex and an awesome relationship—but not everyone is
willing to go through the tough conversations, the awkward silences, the hurt feelings and the
emotional psychodrama to get there.

Because happiness requires struggle. The positive is the side effect of handling the negative. You
can only avoid negative experiences for so long before they come roaring back to life.

At the core of all human behavior, our needs are more or less similar. Positive experience is easy
to handle. Its negative experience that we all, by definition, struggle with. Therefore, what we get
out of life is not determined by the good feelings we desire but by what bad feelings we’re
willing to sustain to get us to those good feelings.

What determines your success isn’t “What do you want to enjoy?” The question is, “What pain
do you want to sustain?” The quality of your life is not determined by the quality of your positive
experiences but the quality of your negative experiences. And to get good at dealing with
negative experiences is to get good at dealing with life.

If you find yourself wanting something month after month, year after year, yet nothing happens
and you never come any closer to it, then maybe what you actually want is a fantasy, an
idealization, an image and a false promise. Maybe what you want isn’t what you want, you just
enjoy wanting. Maybe you don’t actually want it at all.

This is not a call for willpower or “grit.” This is not another admonishment of “no pain, no gain.”

This is the most simple and basic component of life: our struggles determine our successes. So
choose your struggles wisely, my friend.

I know there is an endless phenomenon happen whenever we are, but despite of that if we
are successfully well-done, I’m sure that my parents will be proud of me, and it is time to return
back and pay everything they do just for me to have a proper and justified education and then I
will give what their needs and wants. I know it is temporary but I make sure they will be happy
enough on what I achieved in life before the ends of their lives. And for seeking to have also my
own family I just wanted them to have a beautiful house, anything that are need of my children
and wife I will give them all because I will do my very best to make them life completely enough
and abundance.
