VISIT AT CONTRACTOR’S MANUFACTURING FACILIY

This refers to our

1. Proposed Structure comprising of G+3 storey with no vertical extension in future.
2. Proposed Store shed is approximately 45meter wide and 52meter long.
3. Additional two columns will be provided about 13meters away from the shed at entrance
for O/H crane operation.
4. The minimum clear height is 7.3 meters for ground floor and 4 meters for all rest of the
floors.
5. Design load will be
 10 ton/sq.m for ground floor
 5 ton/sq.m for first floor
 2 ton/sq.m for second floor
 2 ton/sq.m for third floor
 As per code requirement for roof

6. One 5T cargo lift about (4.6meter x 5.8meter) will be provided to serve the ground, first,
second, third and roof floors.
7. One 40T O/H crane will be installed on second floor to serve ground, first floor and
second floor, in this connection opening (32.3meter x 11.5meter) in first floor slab only
will be provided.
8. 5T mono rail will be installed on first, second, third and roof floors in U shape route.
9. One stair along lift will be provided to serve all floors including roof.
10. One additional emergency staircase will be provided on external side for emergency exit.
11. Two toilet facility will be provided only at ground floor.
12. One office facility of one person will be provided on ground floor.
13. One main steel sliding double leaf door with opening size of 11.5meter x 14.6meter, one
passenger door (1.1m x 2.2m) and one steel sliding double leaf door of 9.2meter x
8.5meter in front of existing building (light fabrication shop) will be provided.
14. Distance between existing main store & proposed shed will be 5.5 meters.
15. On ground floor steel plates will be stored and one rest of the floors different equipment
will be installed.
16. Following items are to be consider in bidding documents:
 Forced ventilation system
 Fresh air (if required)
 Smoke & heat detector
 Normal & non corrosive lights
 Dirt proofing applicable only for second and third floor.
 Fixed glass ventilators at first second and third floor
 Fire fighting system (portable fire extinguisher) and automatic fire fighting
system.
 Air conditioning in office
 Telephone and LAN in office area
17. Following facilities are not required ins shed:
 Air conditioning
 CCTV
 Bird guard system
