1. VENUE OF COMPETENCE TEST


A. CONCEPT
Full facility school to organize vocational school competence test and a place for certifications
test for tourism and other departments.
B. OBJECTIVES
- Prepare competent and certified students to work after graduating
- The venue for competence test that fit to every competence program for internal and
external students
C. REGULATIONS AND PREPARATIONS
- Prepare standard facilities and infrastructures for competence test.
- Have professional teachers
- Cooperate with certifications institution which agree with the competence program
- Students and public service
- Educational service
- Cooperate with industries and other institutions
- Give complex function service
- Get trust from other parties.
2. APPLYING ISO 9001:2005 AND 14000 STANDARD
A. CONCEPT
International standard school that implements ISO 9001:2005 AND 14000 consistently in which
will raise school quality, manage school resources efficiently, get more attention from public as
international level school, and have positive image than any other schools that will make more
people enroll their children to study at SMK Negeri 1 Majene.
B. OBJECTIVES
- Use documentation system to make teaching and learning procedure more comfortable and
directed.
- Train new staffs efficiently
- Efficient in operational system, identifiable, preventable, and systematically fixed.
- Optimal service process
- Easy in marketing and accreditation process
C. REGULATIONS AND PREPARATIONS

- Have professional human resources in their field

3. NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONA STANDARD SCHOOL
A. CONCEPT
A Quality development program to prepare vocational school to face free trade era which
demand competitive ability from every institution at national and international level. The
program is expected to guarantee vocational school graduates to work in relevant field in
national and international level.
B. OBJECTIVES
- Urge national standard school to step up into international standard which development
priority on urgent components
- Accelerate school development program in order to gain international standard school level.
- Motivate all the related parties especially the government, industries, and public for the
urgency of preparing high quality human resources to compete globally.
C. REGULATIONS AND PREPARATIONS
- Information and technology based learning
- Raising human resources competence in order to meet industrial demands
- Environmental concept school
- School management based on national education standard
- Have at least five teachers out of English teacher teaching in bilingual (English and
Indonesian)
- Have international standard school partner
- Maintain ISO Certificate.
4. VOCATIONAL CENTRE FOR EAST INDONESIAN
A. CONCEPT
Educational quality development service through the use of educational resources of tourism
and information technology by developing vocational school as the center of education and
training especially for the kind of school.
B. OBJECTIVES
- The fulfilment of standard learning facilities for every competence program in tourism and
information technology skill.
- Support the implementation of mastering education and training program for each
competence in vocational school
- Support the use of tourism resources to increase social wealthy and quality of education
systematically.
- Create partnership with other vocational schools to develop education
C. REGULATIONS AND PREPARATIONS
- Fulfil all the requirements for each competence program to form competence skill.
- Complete buildings and school facilities
- Complete rooms both practical an theory
- Have public facilities
5. DIGITAL SCHOOL MODEL
A. CONCEPT
A part of vocational school developing program that manage access to the needs of practical
and theory learning data, information, information sharing, internet and intranet access, and
fast access of digital library.
B. OBJECTIVES
- Prepare data for students, teachers and public
- Increase knowledge, ability and attitude for information technology
- Able to access internet and intranet
- Prepare digital library for science and knowledge
- Increase skill in multimedia use.
- Apply long distance learning activities through the use of information technology
application.
C. REGULATIONS AND PREPARATIONS
- Complete the facilities for information technology use, internet, infrastructure net, hotspot,
and other facilities for teaching and learning activities and for school management.
- Prepare high quality and competitive graduate
- Create competitive students to work in industries and to be entrepreneur
- Have qualified and noble graduate.

6. ORGANIZER OF TRAINNG CENTRE


A. CONCEPT
Education and training program for students after graduating from high school which will be
carry out for one month, three months, one year until three years and can be attended by high
school graduate and also open for public, which it competence skill based on the need of
industry and social issues.
B. OBJECTIVES
- Fulfil social and industrial demands
- Decrease unemployment
- Give skill competence to the high school graduates and social to enter world of work, in
productive economic and as an entrepreneur.
- Give facility to the education and training organizer to expand its service field.
- Develop competence skill of the education and training participants to meet work’s
demands.
- Economical education for public.
- Cooperate with local government.
C. REGULATIONS AND PREPARATIONS
- Prepare education and training curriculum.
- Complete the facilities.
- Have coordination with community around and other related institutions.
- Facilitate vocational school to be the Centre of social education.

7. ENVIRONMENTAL CONCEPT SCHOOL


A. CONCEPT
Apply environmental concept education and create environmental based school.
B. OBJECTIVES
- Anticipate the global warming and climate change
- Create and get the adiwiyata school predicate.
C. REGULATIONS AND PREPARATIONS
- Prepare environmental concept learning process
- prepare work program environmental based curriculum
- follow the instruments of environmental concept school
8. OUTLET OF STUDENTS AND EMPLOYEES DISPATCH FOR CELEBES AREA
A. CONCEPT
Vocational school empowered program in access many information from domestic and foreign
industry and able to give information and coordination for other schools to carry out overseas
apprentice program.
B. OBJECTIVES
- Motivate vocational school to be the center of data service and information and also be the
coordinator of overseas apprentice program for other schools.
- Facilitate the vocational school to do its role and function as the data service and apprentice
information.
C. REGULATIONS AND PREPARATIONS
- Prepare competent human resources, practical room for students for each competence
program, and small scale productive room (teaching factory).

9. EMPLOYEE RECRUITMENT OUTLET FOR CELEBES AREA


A. CONCEPT
Empowered vocational school program accessing kinds of information from domestic and
foreign industry. Give information, coordinate and establish overseas worker recruitment for
other schools.
B. OBJECTIVES
- Motivate vocational school to be the center of data service and information and also be the
coordinator of worker recruitment for domestic and foreign industry.
- Facilitate vocational school to do its role and function as the data and information service
center of worker recruitment
- Open worker recruitment after given authority from the related institution
C. REGULATIONS AND PREPARATIONS
- Prepare students practical room for each competence program and small scale productive
room (teaching factory) for students practical facilities include its organizer.
- Prepare competent and certified graduates that agree to their competence program
- Cooperate with other institution related to the recruitment of worker for domestic and
overseas industry based on each authority.
- Bring the LSP-P1 in school for students competence certification.
