Steps to login to Ahly Net (Retail Customers)

To access Ahly Net service, please visit www.nbe.com.eg and then choose "Retail
Customers" under "Ahly Net"
User ID and language Screen
 After logging in to Al Ahly Net service, you can choose/change the language from
The language option in the upper-right corner of the screen
 Enter the user ID (8 digits) provided in the welcome letter received from
The branch alternatively, the user ID can also be obtained through
Al Ahly Phone (19623)
 Click "Log in" to confirm the user ID
Password entry screen
 After the password screen appears, enter the exact password sent to your mobile
phone, taking the following into consideration:
o Enter the password in the same order received in the SMS
o Stick to capital and small letters
o Enter the special characters (e.g. @, $, #, %, _,…) as received and in the same
order
o Press "Log in" in the bottom-right corner of the screen to confirm the
password

* Internet Explorer users can press the eye icon ( ) appearing while entering the password
in order to make the password readable. This ensures that the password is typed correctly
Terms and conditions Screen
In the first login, after verification from user id and passcode the service terms and
conditions screen appears. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, then press the
button "Agree" in the bottom-right corner of the screen
Changing login passwords Screen – instructions
The screen of the terms of changing login password appears. Please read these
Terms carefully and follow them to ensure the change is made successfully
 If you do not wish to use the virtual keypad, uncheck "Use virtual keypad" box
On top of the keypad
 Change the password according to the relevant terms stated in the screen

 Press "Change" in the bottom-right corner of the screen to complete the change

Favorite image – phrase Screen

Choosing the favorite login image - phrase screen appears. Choose your preferred image -
phrase by pressing "Press Here" in the bottom of the image, A set of images is displayed
for the customer to select preferred image - phrase then press "Next" in the bottom-right
corner of the screen
Security questions Screen
The security questions screen appears next. Please choose a question from every group of
the three groups illustrated above and answer each question. Then, press "Next" to continue
the registration. Make sure to always remember such answers because they are used in the
request for retrieving the password if forgotten

Summary of first login steps Screen

The last screen appears to confirm the previous steps. Press "Continue" to log out and log
in again using the new login password
