Payment terms: Payment to be made in full for the upcoming month on
the first scheduled lesson of each month
Payment Method: Venmo to @Alli-Grant-2 or check payable to
Allison Grant
Missed Lessons: - 24 hours notice is required for a missed lesson, otherwise
payment is required
- If 24 hrs notice is given, a make-up lesson will be scheduled
- If a make-up cannot be scheduled, payment is rolled over to
the next month
- If the instructor cancels, the lesson will be
rescheduled or payment will rollover to the following month
