The pandemic of COVID-19 will have a serious impact on the supply of labor due to a decline in
operating rates. Strict prevention and control measures (such as the blockade of cities and towns)

In March 2020, the PMI of the American manufacturing industry decreased by 1.7 percentage
points from the previous month to 48.7%, ending the trend of more than 50% for two consecutive

first in the world. In March, the US manufacturing PMI fell to 49.1%, a decrease of 1 percentage

COVID-19 is having an impact on the European Packaging Adhesives industry. In March, the impact

Japan ’s economy is a highly developed free market, ranking third in the world in terms of nominal
