Assessment details
Assessment 1 – CW-Port (2,400 words total)
The first assessment will require you to develop a Portfolio of work, comprising
of set Portfolio papers, reflective work and other provided material that
demonstrate understanding of operations and project management skills and
techniques and major operations management issues. Details of the Portfolio
Papers can be found on BREO.

Assessment 2 – WR-I (3,600 words)


The second assessment will be a report based on a case study. This is an
individual assignment and should be written in the style of a management
consultancy report. You will analyse a case study and give recommendations
regarding the design of business systems to facilitate project and operational
systems management. Referring to theories is important but being able to
originally and creatively address the case is equally crucial.
