1.2 INSIGHTS AND CHALLENGES

On my personal point of view, principles of administrative management are

flexible. Meaning, it can be apply to both formal and informal organization. It is up

to the management which of the following principles best suits to attain.

Being part of a formal organization, the principles are very essential tools to

strengthen management capability to manage their people effectively. This will

remind them that each member deserves the right appreciation, compensation;

stability and needs to be treated well equally as an individual since they are

consider being the asset of the organization. The management should balance

between the welfare of its employee and the best way to achieve organization

goals, objectives and to be able to handle different level of challenges.

Challenges arise unpredictably in our office just like any other offices has.

These are some of the challenges we encounter:

1.3 EMERGENT THEORY

Among the challenges we encounter, it derives of an approach that

everyone in an organization whatever their position it is, each must possess one

of the important characteristics of a person. This is the ability to initiate new great

ideas and has the full energy to deal with the public as well as in different level of

challenges. The management should be potential enough to carry out alternative

ways to address employees’ concern and must have to check and balance

everything most especially when it comes to the policies, rules and regulation,

mission and goals in the organization.

In addition to that, they must ensure their subordinates to be motivated

enough in their respective duties and responsibilities through giving rewards and

right appreciation. In that way, it will bring out the best that they can be through

their initiatives in fulfilling their job professionally.
