Subject: Complaint regarding high voltage supply and compensation for

damages caused.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter in order to complain about the high voltage power supply
at our location i.e. Ujjain complex, Dakbunglow road, Patna due to which our
electrical appliances has damaged like Wifi-Router, Laptop, Charger which
costs around Rs. 50,000-60,000. This happened during the night of heavy
rainfall dated 26th June, 2021. The loss which has been caused due to your
department’s fault because there must be some open wire left in the electricity
pole which caused spark and led to the damage. This needs to be addressed and
being a consumer I have the right to seek compensation for the same.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve this issue at the earliest.
