This is to certify that we, Sieyuan Electric Co., Ltd., a corporation duly organized and existing
under the laws of People’s Republic of China and having its place of business at No.3399,
Huaning Rd, Minhang Dist., Shanghai, 201108 P.R.C., does hereby invite below personnel for
Factory Acceptance Test during February 4th 2015 to February 9th 2015

On 27.11.2014, we Sieyuan Electric Co., Ltd received a purchase order (purchase order number
—3608/14 rev 1) from
TELENERG d.o.o (hereafter called TELENERG)
about supplying 245kV Circuit Breakers and Disconnectors to under contract being awarded from
Tanzania Electric Supply Company (hereafter called TANESCO)

According to the contract, below personnel will be nominated by TELENERG and TANESCO
will come to our factory for the acceptance test after the goods are ready for dispatch.
