(SAS), warrants that all BMS system ‘components which are supplied in the above-mentioned projec, are free from any defects in manufacture and workmanship whatsoever. During the BMS system normal operations for the period of EIGHTEEN MONTHS FROM DELIVERY DATE OR TWELVE MONTHS FROM THE HANDOVER DATE (WHICHEVER COMES FIRST), any Sensor, Detector, Actuator, DDC VO Module, DDC Controller, DDC power module, Central BMS. Control station, and any other equipment supplied by SAS that is found defective and / or malfunctioning shall be repaired or replaced with new one, without any charge to the client.
