Mutagens have little need to exist on the two subclasses that don't use them. Eliminate the base-class
mutagen options except for Monstrous Power. Keep that, but add the other three ability scores from
Enhance Ability, because playing someone physically drugged-up quite powerfully is a neat idea. Then
wrap the other mutagens as an expanded list for the Metamorph subclass. Also just make brewing the
mutagen part of a long rest, and metamorphs can do it as short rests instead. The "Permanent Mutation"
feature is only ever "Toxified Metabolism." They also use Quick-and-Dirty Crafting instead of Swift
Crafting, but can roll with advantage. Remove the dice-rolling for landing point on the bombs, and just
