With reference to the above we here under submit our Financial Bid for supply, installation and
refilling/ servicing (as per scheduled) of existing Fire Extinguishers and also post warranty of newly
installed of various type installed in the Branches/Offices under Lucknow Circle:-

I. It is mandatory for all the vendors to quote the rates for each item. If the vendors do not quote the rate of any item, it
will be treated that the vendor will execute that item as free of cost.
II. The rates quoted shall be inclusive of labour, transportation, octroi, entry tax, toll tax or any local tax/ levy etc. and
excluding of prevailed GST.
III. Servicing/ Maintenance charges shall be inclusive of all minor spare part like rubber washers, safety pin, safety clip,
wall bracket, handle etc.
IV. All the rates will be applicable throughout the Lucknow Circles in all the establishment of State Bank of India and
also corporate Centre Establishment/SAMB/SARB/ BPR Outfits etc. Operated in Geographical Area of Luckonw
Circle.
V. The Bank has its discretion to reject/cancel the empanelment process as a whole or part of it at any time.
VI. Periodicity of Refilling will as per BIS: 2190:2010, although Bank has its own discretion to set the periodicity of
refilling as required by the Bank for training and demonstration purpose to the staff.
