Dunder Mifflin Paper Company

You are a failing paper supplier company Dunder Mifflin, which works as a middle-man
between customers and paper mills.

Your biggest client has decided to shift to Sabre (a company eliminating the middle-man
by both producing and selling paper, hence cutting costs) which sells paper at half the
price of Dunder Mifflin.

Being on the verge of bankruptcy, Dunder Mifflin’s primary focus is to convince this
client to stick with them and not shift to Sabre.

The client has set up a meeting and has invited both Dunder Mifflin and Saber to
negotiate the best deal for them.

But there’s another catch: At the meeting, the Sabre representatives are also trying to
convince Dunder Mifflin to merge with them.

You as a group have to assume the role of the followingstakeholders -

2 people - Dunder Mifflin Salesman

1 people - Dunder Mifflin CEO

2 people - Sabre Top Management

2 people - Client’s Representatives

Assume the roles of the above mentioned stakeholders and try to negotiate to reach a
solution that benefits all parties concerned.
