Our Avaya Server system G-450, is having some serious issues since a long time, the problems with

the
system are detailed below, server requires a very quick problem resolution for the mentioned issues to
maintain the better condition and reliability.

Avaya Support contract ended with Avaya : 20th June 2015

Problem Description (Avaya Server)

1. Cannot configure new extensions for users (No write access to server)
2. Cannot Edit/Modify the current extensions. (No write access to server)
3. Cannot add prefixes (calls can be done only with the prefix 9, currently 7 prefix phone calls
cannot be done)
4. Most of the Analogue phone in SS units cabling is damaged, and the cabling for analogue PABX
system is has no integration with LAN, in case of cable damage, it may require re-cabling and
that can incur more expense.
Users with analog phones can be replaced with IP phones (Avaya IP phones & total 100
extension license is available)

Identified Core issues

1. "License Error or corrupted"

Avaya Server Manager have the error "License Error or corrupted", due this error all system
Administration services are blocked
2. System Manager web & client password is not available

Access to System manager consoles is required to resolve the above issue, only Avaya partners
can make a reset of the system manager with collaborating Avaya.

3. Avaya core software components upgrades is required.

Resolution

All the issues mentioned above can be only solved with direct Avaya team or Avaya authorized partners.
