referred as an Applicant)

SUBJECT:- Letter Regarding Submission of Evidences

Respected Sir,

Pertaining to the above mentioned application, we on behalf of Applicant hereby

submits as under:

1) We wish to draw your kind attention that, the Opponent ‘Tirumala Milk Products
Private Limited’ has Opposed our TM-Application by filling Opposition vide no.
1003306 on 28/08/2019 with which Applicant has replied by filling Counter Statement
on 16/11/2019.

2) It is submitted that, Counter Reply has been filed by the Applicant & after that
Opponent have to submit their evidences in support to their Notice of Opposition but till
date neither any evidences nor a letter submitted by the Opponent. Thus, a humble
request by the Applicant that, please give us a chance of hearing so that we can proceed
further with this matter and also allow us to file evidences in support of our TM-
Application at the time of hearing.
3) Thus, by this letter, we are requesting to the Trademarks Registry that, kindly grant
us permission to submit our supportive evidences at the time of hearing & further give
us a chance of hearing which would sub-serve in the ends of justice.
