TENDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PROCUREMENT OF 02 X ROUTER AND 02 X

, MANAGED + E DIGIT PABX BRAND
KAREL, MODEL : lPG1000 THROUGH AIR HEADQUARTER (UNIT SUP) IN FY 2O2O-21

Tender Terms and Conditions

1. Offers are invited from the competent/ prospective bidders for supply of subject mentioned item.

2. ltem must be brand new, unused and latest product. Bidder is to mention the year of production
of items (Year of manufacture 2O2O or later).

3. There must not be any malware or unknown device inside or embedded in the eqpt. The
supplier is to provide necessary certificate in this regard.

4. Waranty period of the item shall be minimum 01 years. Warranty period will be started from the
date of satisfactory acceptance of the item by BAF.

5. Delivery of the item is to be completed within 15 days from the date of receiving the purchases
order.

6. BAF may disqualify a bidder/supplier who has previous record of poor performance, such as
abandoning the works, not properly completing the contract, excessive delay to supply the contracted
items, litigation history of financial failures.

7. BAF may disqualify any offered equipmenUitem which model of equipment/item has previous
record of dissatisfactory performance during operation/functional check in BAF.

8. Physical inspection of the item will be carried out in presence of supplier's representative
(if required) at Air Headquarter (Unit Supply) and functional test will be carried out at BAF Comm unit.
The item is to be handed over to BAF by the supplier in new condition. lf item is found improper during
inspection/ acceptance check is to be replaced with serviceable one by the supplier within 05 days of
reporling such discrepancy.

L BAF reserves the right to increase/decrease the quantity of items depending on the cost and
requirement.

10. Warranty (if any) or replacement would be dealt directly by the user with the supplier.

Miscellaneous Terms and Conditions

11. Bidder must mention the full address including telephone number, Fax number and e-mail
address in the offer.

12. No increase of price at any stage after submission of the offer will be accepted by BAF

13. Offer must remain valid till 30 June 2021 from the date of opening the tender. Within the validity
of the offer, withdrawal of the offer or unwillingness to sign the contract by the bidder will not be
accepted and in such cases action would be taken against supplier as per BAF rules.

14. Part shipment and part payment: Not allowed

15. ln case of import of items from abroad, the same may be booked in the name of OC 20'1 h/U,
BAF, Dhaka Cantonment, Dhaka -1206 and cleared from port by BAF as defense good of

by BAF.
1B' Compliance of the tender terms and conditions should be mentioned in the quotation by the
bidder as per the sequence given above.
