Addendum to Account Application Form

Application for swap-free account

To apply for a swap-free AxiTrader Account, please complete ALL sections of this form, date and sign it and send it to the
Support team by email at service@axitrader.com.

This swap-free application form (the “Swap-Free Application Form”) supplements the Account Application Form and is applicable to
new and existing AxiTrader clients. This Swap-Free Application Form must be read together with the Client Agreement, Terms of
Business, the AxiTrader Product Schedule, AxiTrader’s Risk Warning Notice, AxiTrader’s Order Execution Policy and any additional
documentation published or provided from time to time by AxiTrader (together, the “Client Documentation”).

All capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Business.

Declaration:
I, the undersigned, request that AxiTrader treat my above mentioned Standard/Pro trading Account(s) on a swap-free basis.

I have read, understood and agreed to the Client Documentation and I agree to the following additional terms and conditions:
(i) All positions held in Swap Free accounts which are open at the close of AxiTrader's business day (usually between
23:59:45 to 00:00:00 MT4 time) will not be subject to interest or financing charges (known as Swaps) and can be
identified with the suffix ".swf". However they will be liable for an administration fee if the positions are kept open for
7 consecutive days or more. Details are available on our website.
(ii) For Standard Accounts: the minimum spread for the above mentioned instruments will be higher for all swap-free
Accounts and that this spread is subject to change at any time

For Pro Accounts: a higher commission charge will apply to my MT4 Pro swap-free account and that this commission
charge is subject to change at any time.

(iii) AxiTrader will review all swap-free Accounts on a regular basis and that all swap-free Accounts will be subject
to regular checks and monitoring.

(iv) AxiTrader reserves the right to close swap-free Accounts without notice where there is any suspicion of abuse
thereof and may, in its discretion and without notice, amend swap-free Accounts to apply swap charges.

(v) AxiTrader reserves the right to discontinue treating my Accounts as being swap-free at any time without notice.

(vi) The CFDs offered by AxiTrader might be charged a fee upon the roll-over of a position from one contract to another,
and that this fee will be charged and appear on my MT4 platform under the ‘swap’ field.

I represent and warrant that I do not breach any regulations by trading with AxiTrader and I am liable for any taxation obligations
which may apply to my Standard/Pro Accounts. I understand that I should discuss with my tax or other adviser how a particular
transaction may affect me. I represent and warrant that I am relying on my own assessment of any swap-free Account’s compliance
with Sharia law and AxiTrader makes no representations or warranties in this regard.

I represent and warrant that all the information provided in this form is true and correct. You undertake to promptly notify AxiTrader
in writing of any changes to the information supplied in this Swap-Free Application Form.

By signing this Swap-Free Application Form, I agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Client Documentation and any
additional terms and conditions issued by AxiTrader and notified to me in connection with AxiTrader's dealings with me.
