OC16 L1 is Level 1 of 3 levels of the OC16 Business Consultant Training. Completion of all Levels is required for
certification.

The goal of OC16 Level 1 is to develop analytical skills and, specifically seeks to develop lines of communication and
improve a range of troubleshooting skills that are pivotal to successful management practice and to effective leadership.
In this Level 1 semester course students learn the detail level of WA Theoretics design and how to analyze the lines of
communication and their dynamics in the roles of leadership.
