DIETARY GOAL:

Starting on Monday, I will start to eat proteins and lessen my dairy foods to improve my muscles and toned
my body, I will also eat only ½ of rice every breakfast and lunch and no rice but vegetables and fruits at
evening.

Spicy noodles with pineapple juice to boost my fiber.

Description: This is my day 2, I eat cereal and healthy fish on morning, fried chicken for afternoon and tinola for
evening. To gain protein.

Was it easy / difficult for you to pursue your dietary goals? Expound your answer.
The easy dietary goal for me is balanced exercise and balanced diet. Because, it strengthens your muscles and
bones. It also helps to grow muscle, which can make you have a lean body. The hard part for me is food diet because it
makes you starve and feel week because you are limiting your food intake for your body to lose weight.
