After reading the written case, I then understand that

understanding that profit and responsibility should be

embedded in all companions or organizations as their
main inspiration or motivation to really thrive for profit
accumulation. Also, in order for us to have the promising
future ahead of us to arise we must apply or embed CSR
or the Corporate Social Responsibility. If an organization is
willing to look beyond what they see as short-term profit,
instead of belittling it, they should practice realizing their
supposed goals so as their greater good for the
community.
I also understand that CSR isn’t only a matter of
choice of option the reason for this occurrence is that, it
established a vital role towards companies on their
strategies in keeping their business running and stable.
The most efficient approach to CSR will definitely be the
teamwork revolving within the company, so as sharing the
same mission and vision. As well us being capable of
bringing joy towards their employees even so the society.
