 Anand has to increase the production volumes by maintaining adequate supplies


from suppliers
 Anand should procure critical parts from local suppliers because they are larger than
UK
 Production requirement is changing every week. So Anand has to change and plan its
procurement strategy accordingly
 Most of the critical parts should be purchased locally because overseas suppliers are
charging hefty margin and so is MNC
 Implement design thinking with customers input at the start of designing the
equipment so that the frequent design change issue could be dealt with.
 Increase the purchase of critical parts from local suppliers and decrease dependency

strategy and establish predictive analytics capabilities, this would help in extending

opportunity for UK to increase its market size and revenue
 When Anand interacted with the dealers and customers , he realized this
opportunity in the market
 The market of these equipment is growing and UK has a good position in the
market so this gives the indication of good opportunity
 Streamlining the supply chain issue could massively increase the efficiency as
well as increase the bottom line of the firm. Morever once the profit increases
there can be large investment from the MNC for plant expansion
