Comparing Recruitment process of PRAN-RFL Group and ACI Limited

The recruitment and selection process of both PRAN-RFL Group and ACI Limited is almost in similar
category. Both the organization follow the standard predefined recruitment and selection protocol.
However, ACI HRM teams are restricted to create process maps or documents related to employee
selection. Both organizations make an assessment initially of the sites that are lacking behind within the
company or even if they are in need of any skilled workforce. The organization describe the position
description based on the number and quality of employees and finally publish a work circular to a major
daily newspaper, an online news portal, and social media platforms after identifying the role. After
receiving the requested application, both the organization sort the applications based on the employee's
prior experience and educational qualifications. However, ACI Limited place a strong emphasis on
applicants' extracurricular activities than PRAN-RFL Group. The rest of the process goes almost in similar
manner. If the candidates meet the qualifications of the organization, then they are called for the
written test which works for both the organization. However, the written tests of PRAN-RFL Group are
based on IQ questions, professional attitudes, and communication skills are included in the question
papers. On the other hand, ACI limited written exam aim to extract some common details about
applicants in order to determine whether or not they are suitable for the position. If the candidates pass
the written exam, then they are called for a preliminary interview that is of three stages which works for
both the organization. Both PRAN-RFL Group and ACI Limited carry out the three stages of interview in
the same manner and finally if the candidates reach the final stage they are asked for their preferred
time and salary. If the employees have no objection to the organization's terms and condition, they are
given an application bank and finally an offer letter provided by the HR team of both the organization. As
a result, we can conclude that both ACI Limited and PRAN-RFL follow a similar manner of recruitment
and selection process.
