Noman:-Tell us about something you've done in your previous practices that is creative?
QAzi:-I have some ages of experience in marketing and I have done Diploma in Business
Administration, Business Management or Digital Marketing and I have utilized my skills in past
practices. I have worked on many digital marketing projects and attend many seminars which
are very helpful for me & beneficial for your organization as well.

Ali:-What are qualities of a successful manager?

Huzaifa:- A successful manager must also be a leader because that is how you can motivate
and influence your employees to perform at their peak ability. A manager must also have the
vision to take the team and company.

Ahmed:-How do you motivate yourself?

Umair:-I am very self-motivated. I enjoy my work, so I am always looking for new ideas to bring
to the table. With my passion being the work that I do, I am always giving my full potential to all
my tasks.

Yaqoob;Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult colleague. How do you manage ?
Qazi:-I'll try to communicate with all the team members & gonna discuss what are the problems
they are facing & what's their perspective about the task. Then I'll be following the fundamental
management steps by organizing, leading & controlling the assigned project.

Noman:-What is the most challenging thing about being a manager?

Huzaifa:-The most challenging thing about being a manager is also the most rewarding. It is
easy to handle your performance, however, as a manager, you are responsible for your teams.
So you must continually measure their performance, set clear expectations, goals, motivate
them, and keep them focused. It is a great feeling to be able to accomplish this.

Ali:-If you discovered your supervisor was breaking the company’s code of conduct, what would
you do?
Umair:
Sir as i am working in this organization so i should go for loyalty. And if my supervisor is
breaking the company code of conduct so i will inform the upper management.

Ahmed:-What essential skills are required in a marketing career?

Qazi:-First of all, I think great communication skills are essential. A marketer needs to
understand the requirements of the client and be able to present ideas and concepts. Being
able to stay organized and work in a fast-paced environment is also an essential skill. I think
being proactive and trying to anticipate client needs is also very valuable.”
