The Liceo de Cagayan University College of Law headed by our very active Dean, Atty.
Manuel I. Cabrera, in its pursuit of the Clinical Legal Education Program (CLEP) and in
the spirit of the yuletide season, would be having our first annual Christmas outreach
program directed towards the alleviation of our PDL (persons deprived of liberty)
brothers and sisters in the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, Region X
specifically the Cagayan de Oro City Jail - Male Dormitory and Cagayan de Oro City
Jail - Female Dormitory, with more than 2500 inmates housed.

The Liceo Law School Community aims to help provide immediate basic necessities
particularly toiletries (toothbrushes, toothpaste, bath soaps, detergent bars, sanitary
napkins, among others) that our PDLs will be using on a daily basis throughout their
stay or serving their sentence in the correctional, especially during this season when the
pandemic prohibits visitors and social interaction with them for health concerns.

In line with this, we would like to implore your kind hearts to help us in this endeavor by
either donating in cash or in kind. Any amount or quantity would be gratefully
appreciated as we all know, everyone is trying their best to make it through these trying
