选购的机器，应使所有的相关人员经常阅读、熟悉《LG93X 装载机操作及保养手册》和本手册。本手册
与《LG93X 装载机操作及保养手册》不一致的地方以本说明为准。如果《LG93X 装载机操作及保养手册》、

PREFRACE
Thanks for choosing and using the wheel loader and its multi-purpose bucket of our company.
This manual provides the contents including main performance parameters, intended use,
disassembly, installation and storage ， operation and maintenance ， parts catalog of the
multi-purpose bucket of LG93X wheel loader. This manual is used with the operation & maintenance
manual of LG93X wheel loader together to help you operate the machine safely and effectively.
Keep this manual handy and have all relevant people read it periodically. If there are some
disagreements with the operation & maintenance manual of LG93X wheel loader in this manual,
be subject to this manual. If the operation & maintenance manual or this manual have been lost
or damaged and cannot be read, contact with us or our dealers.
If you sell the machine, be sure to give the operation & maintenance manual and this manual
to the new owners. Continuing improvements in the design of the machine can lead to changes
in details, which may not be reflected in this manual. Consult us for the latest available
information of the machine or for questions regarding information in this manual.
Parameter comparison between those LG93X wheel loaders mounted with the multi-purpose bucket
and LG93X wheel loaders with standard configuration are provided in this manual. The product
band, operation & maintenance manual and qualified certificate are all standard configuration
parameters except those parameters mentioned in this manual. Refer to relevant manuals or
contact us for the parameters which are not included in this manual.
Our company has uploaded the basic qualified certificate data of wheel loader with standard
bucket to the website of Chinese Vehicle Internet Data Center（www.vidc.info）after the wheel
loaders leave factory. If the wheel loader can not permit to driver until getting its license
plate please to take the wheel loader with standard bucket, and those materials such as its
vehicle qualified certificate, purchasing invoice, etc to local relevant vehicle register
government if you need the license plate. The requisite materials may be different in
different region and consult your local vehicle register department for the details.
NOTICE:
The register data including the basic information of vehicle qualified certificate and so
on should completely accord with the basic information of vehicle qualified certificate in
the website.

 1 使用说明

1.1 外 形 图

1.2 用 途

多功能铲斗安装在 LG936、LG938 轮式装载机上，主要用于土方及松散物料的装卸、搬运作业，但使

用范围更大。当斗门斗体处于闭合状态时与普通铲斗功能相同，用于铲装物料；斗门张开最大角度时，利

用斗体可做推铲用；利用斗体前刃与斗门后刃同时作用，可以清理场地，夹持物料等；在动臂举升到最大

高度时，可不翻斗，通过第三联液压缸的操纵，打开斗门卸料，从而得到比普通斗大 20％至 30％的卸载

高度。

注意：
1. 本机无避障功能，请您按规定用途和参数范围使用本机器。
2. 不正确的使用可能会导致车辆倾翻，发生严重伤亡事故或引起机器损坏。

说明：由于装配的发动机型号等不同，表中部分重量、尺寸等参数将有所变动，变动公差不大于±3%。

1.4 安 装

更换多功能铲斗，请在山东临工服务人员或专业人员的指导下进行。
注意：
1. 不正确的拆装可能造成人员伤害或损坏机器。
2. 拆装多功能铲斗时应小心，不得野蛮拆装，不得磕碰安装配合面。
3. 吊装设备的额定起吊重量应大于多功能铲斗重量；严禁任何人进入吊物下面；确保吊装绳索固定
牢固后起吊。
4. 开动主机与待更换多功能铲斗联接时，统一指挥，安全操作；驾驶员应保证装配人员的安全空间。

 „ 首先对拆下的销轴和调整垫进行去污处理，并擦拭干净，同时准备适量机油和必要的装配工具，
做好安装前的准备工作。
„ 在平整坚实的地面上固定好待换多功能铲斗。开动拆去工作机具的装载机，使动臂与多功能铲斗
连接座对正，缓慢驶近待换多功能铲斗并调整动臂高度，使动臂孔与多功能铲斗连接孔同心，选取调整垫
厚度和数量，使动臂端面与多功能铲斗连接座端面的单面间隙不大于1.5mm，将销轴表面涂机油后穿入连
接孔内，注意加装O形防尘圈。轻击并转动销轴，使多功能铲斗上的固定座落入销轴固定盘上的长孔内，
装上垫圈和螺栓并拧紧，拧紧力矩78～104Nm。
„ 操纵转斗油缸，必要时转动摇臂，使拉杆孔与多功能铲斗连接孔同心，将销轴表面涂机油后穿入
连接孔内，注意加装O形防尘圈。轻击并转动销轴，使多功能铲斗上的固定座落入销轴固定盘上的长孔内，
装上垫圈和螺栓并拧紧，拧紧力矩78～104Nm。
„ 有条件的，最好利用吊装设备吊着待换多功能铲斗进行安装，连接要求同上。
„ 各销轴用黄油枪注入适量润滑脂，至配合面挤出润滑脂。
„ 在确定发动机熄火后，准备好一个容量大于2升的接油容器，用扳手拆下动臂内侧钢管前端的堵
塞，用准备好的容器接盛流出的液压油，放干净油管中的油液。必要时，应用不掉毛的干净棉纱擦拭干净
接头处。再拆掉多功能铲斗油缸供油胶管上的堵塞，观察胶管接头内的O形圈是否完好，在O形圈完好无损
的前提下，活动胶管螺母，确保其和动臂内侧钢管的接头同心，手动拧到底，然后用相应规格的扭力扳手
拧紧，拧紧力矩 100～120Nm。请保存好堵塞等零件，便于更换其它机具时使用。

1.5 拆 卸

z 拆卸多功能铲斗时，应将装载机停放在平整坚实的地面上，留出后退空间，将多功能铲斗放到地面
上，熄灭发动机，按下驻车制动开关，固定好多功能铲斗。
z 准备好一个容量大于2升的接油容器。从动臂内侧钢管前端拆下多功能铲斗油缸的胶管，用准备好的
容器接盛流出的液压油，放干净油管中的油液，用螺塞密封各管路接头。
z 拆下固定销轴的螺栓和大垫圈。
z 用硬木垫着销轴的无盘端，用锤轻击硬木，逐渐打出销轴。各销轴应分次循环打出，不要将一个销
轴一次打下。请注意保护调整垫、O形防尘圈和打下的销轴，以防磕碰。
z 启动装载机，解除驻车制动，收斗、举升动臂，后退离开多功能铲斗。
z 用扎带将多功能铲斗油缸的管路进行捆扎固定。

1.6 贮 存

请将换下的多功能铲斗及其配件清洁干净，加工面涂润滑脂后放置在干燥的室内或采取防潮措施后存
放。若长期不用，请将加工配合面涂润滑脂，其余面涂漆防护。

 1.7 操作与保养
1.7.1 操纵杆和仪表图

图2为操纵杆和仪表盘示意图。序号13为多功能铲斗操纵杆，其余见《LG93X装载机操作及保养手册》。

1.7.2 操纵杆的使用

多功能铲斗操纵杆有三个档位，用来操作多功能铲斗开合，如图 3。
z 向后拉操纵杆，即图示后倾，多功能铲斗斗门夹持物料。
z 操纵杆在中位，多功能铲斗斗门与斗体相对位置不变。
z 向前推操纵杆，即图示前倾，多功能铲斗打开斗门卸料。

 1 OPERATION INSTRUCTION

1.1 OUTLINE

1.2 PURPOSES
The multi-purpose bucket is mounted in the wheel loader LG936、LG938. The bucket is mainly
used for the loading, discharging and transporting operations of earthwork and bulk materials.
When the bucket door and body are close, the multi-purpose bucket is as same as the general bucket
and it is used for loading the materials. When the bucket door opens to the maximum angle, the
bucket body can be used as the blade. The front edge of the bucket body and the back edge of
the bucket door can act at the same time to clean the yard and hold the materials. When the lift
arms lift to the maximum height, open the bucket door instead of dumping to discharge the materials
by the operation of the third hydraulic cylinder. More than 20％～30％ dump height can be gained
with this method.
NOTICE:
1. This attachment can not prevent from the obstacle and always use according to the ruled
purposes and parameters.
2. The incorrect use may lead to the overturn of the machine and the serious damage of personnel
or machine.

types of engine. And the tolerances are less than ±3%.

 1.4 INSTALLATION
Please replace the multi-purpose bucket under the direction by the service or professional
people of Shandong Lingong.
NOTICE:
1．The incorrect installation may lead to the damage of personnel or machine.
2．Be careful when the multi-purpose bucket are removed. Never assemble and disassemble rudely.
Never collide with the fitting surface.
3. The rated lift weight of lift attachment should be more than the multi-purpose bucket weight.
Forbidden anyone under the lifting. Make sure the lift ropes fasten tightly before lifting.
4. Ensure uniformly direct and safely operate when the base machine are connecting with the
multi-purpose bucket which waits for replacement. The driver should ensure the safety of the
installation personnel.

‹ Clean disassembled pins and adjusting gaskets firstly. Meanwhile, prepare proper quantities
grease, necessary assembly tools and some necessary tasks.
‹ Fix the multi-purpose bucket waiting for replacement on the level, firm ground. Start the
wheel loader without the attachment and align the lift arm with the connection receptacles of
the multi-purpose bucket. Move to the multi-purpose bucket slowly and adjust the height of the
lift arm to make the holes of the lift arm concentric with the multi-purpose bucket. Select the
number and thickness of the adjusting gaskets to make the single clearance between the end face
of lift arms and the one of connection receptacles of the multi-purpose bucket less than 1.5mm.
Insert the pins which are coated with grease into the connection hole and remember to install
the O type scraper seal. Knock lightly and turn the pins to make the connection receptacles of
the multi-purpose bucket drop into the slotted hole in the fix plates of pins. Install the gaskets
and bolts, then tighten them with the torque of 78～104Nm.
‹ Operate the bucket cylinder and swing the bellcrank if necessary to make the holes of bucket
link concentric with the multi-purpose bucket. Insert the pins which are coated with grease into
the connection hole and remember to install the O type scraper seal. Knock lightly and turn the
pins to make the connection receptacles of the multi-purpose bucket drop into the slotted hole
in the fix plates of pins. Install the gaskets and bolts, then tighten them with the torque of
78～104Nm.
‹ If there has well install conditions, it is better to use the lift equipments to install
the multi-purpose bucket.
‹ Each pin should be filled with the proper quantities grease by grease gun till the grease
overflows from the fitting surface.

 ‹ Be sure the engine flameouts. Prepare a container with the capacity more than 2L to catch
the oil. Remove the plugs in the front of steel tube inside the lift arm and catch the hydraulic
oil with the ready container. Drain out the oil in the oil lines. Use the clean cotton yarn which
doesn’t left the hairs to clean the joint position if necessary. Remove the plugs of the oil
supply tubes of the hydraulic cylinders and check if the O type scraper seals in the joints of
tubes are in good condition. If the O type scraper seals are undamaged, move the tube nuts and
make it concentric with the joints of steel tubes inside the lift arms. Screw to the end by manual
and tighten with the torque of 100～120Nm by the torque wrench with relevant specifications.
Put away the parts such as plugs and so on to ease to use when using other attachments.

1.5 DISASSEMBLY

‹ Park the wheel loader on the level, firm ground and leave the sufficient space to fall back
when replacing the multi-purpose bucket. Lower the bucket to the ground and stop the engine.
press the switch of the parking brake and put away the bucket.
‹ Prepare a container with the capacity more than 2L to catch the oil in advance. Remove the
hoses of the hydraulic cylinders from the front of steel tube inside the lift arm and catch the
hydraulic oil with the ready container. Drain out the oil in the hose completely and seal line
joints with plugs.
‹ Remove the bolts and big gaskets which fix the pins.
‹ Pad the side (without cranked slab) of pins with hardwood. Knock the hardwood lightly with
hammer and knock the pins out in turn. The pins should be knocked out step by step. Never knock
out one pin at one time. Carefully protect the adjusting gaskets, O type scraper seal and the
removed pins and avoid them colliding.
‹ Start the loader, loosen the parking brake, pull back the bucket, lift the arms and leave
the multi-purpose bucket backwards.
‹ Enlace the hoses of the hydraulic cylinders with laces.

1.6 STORAGE

Please clean the multi-purpose bucket and its components. Place them in the dry house by daubing
with grease at the machined surface or take damp-proof measures to long term storage. Coat grease
to the machined surface and other surface with protective paint in the long term storage.

 1.7 OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE

1.7.1 The Total View of Control Levers and Instrument

Figure 2 is the total view of the control lever and instrument .Number 13 is the control lever
of the multi-purpose bucket and others are shown in the operation & maintenance manual of the
wheel loader LG93X.

1.7.2 The Operation of the Control Lever

There are three positions of the control lever of the multi-purpose

bucket , which are used to operate the multi-purpose bucket.
z When the control lever is pulled backward, namely
the reverse position in the figure, the multi-purpose bucket

door holds the materials.

 z When the control lever is pushed forward, namely the forward position in the figure,
the multi-purpose bucket door opens to dump the materials.
