SDLC: Software development life cycle:

1. SDLC will explain all implementation activities of a project from day 1 to upto
end of the project

2. As a S/w Engineer what are the activities that we have to perform everthing will
be in SDLC process

3. SDLC Starts with

i)S/W Bidding: This Bidding is done by CEO of company with client to confirm the
project

means billing, deal, agreement

ii)Kick of meeting: It is conducted by CEO along with all Projet Managers to

select the PM who is well suitable to handle this project

iii)Project intisation note: It is prepared by PM..

iv) Requirements:

Business Analyst(BA) along with System Analyst will go to the client and
gathers the requirements

BA prepares 2 types of documents

BRS--Business Requirement specification

SRS---System Requirement specification

v) Analysing Requirements:

once BRS & SRS documents are ready every S/w engineer should start nalysing
the requirements and understand the requirements what exactly client need
